Performed compression test: 70/80,70/80,78/80,75/80, 75/80, 76/80. Cut open oil filter and inspected for metal. Checked operation of engine controls and alt air. Serviced spark plugs. All applicable AD’s are in compliance thru biweekly issue 2022-24 and listed separately in the aircraft records.

I certify that I have inspected this engine IAW an annual inspection referencing the checklist in the Cessna 340 Service Manual D930 Rev 31, section 2A Inspection Time Limits and approve it for return to service.

Performed oil and oil filter change on RH engine. Oil filter P/N: AA48108-2, serviced engine with AEROSHELL 100W. Removed and replaced Cyl#4 Top and Cyl #5 Top spark plugs P/N:HB32E and installed new spark plugs. With respect to service. Details of work performed are on file with Corporate Aircraft Service under work order: WO_184

C/W a 100 hour inspection I/A/W Cessna 340 MM. Installed new ignition harness PN 10-423684-1. Reinstalled magnetos after 500 hr. Inspection by Maxwell’s Magnetos. Replaced all fuel injection rail manifold O rings, seals washers and gaskets. Changed oil and filter, serviced with Aeroshell 100W oil and CH48108 filter. Installed new induction air filter. Engine is approved for return to service. 

NON PROP STRIKE ENGINE that sustained damage during freight shipping. damage to cylinder, magnetos, oil fill cap and intercooler seen in pictures,

Engine perfect for engine swap or keep as spare. Engine and turbo assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather. Overhauled cylinder and attached components included with this sale.

 

Selling engine as removed with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
