Corrective Action: Drained Oil, RMVD Oil Filter, Cut Open, & Inspected. Installed New Oil Filter, PN: AA48108-2 & Serviced Engine With 10 QTS Of 20W-50 Oil. REF: Continental TSIO-520 Service Manual. Ground Runs performed, No Defects Noted.

Next Due: 234.8 or August 2025.

Discrepancy: 100 hr /12 month Vacuum pump shroud, hose and baffle inspection due

Corrective Action: Complied with RAM 100hr/ 12 Month ICA aircraft vacuum pump cooling shroud, hose and baffle fitting inspection per drawing 1221, Rev P.

Discrepancy: 100 hr / 12 month induction system check due.

Corrective Action: Complied with RAM 100 Hour / 12 Month induction hose, clamps and exhaust clamps inspection per Drawing

Description

1. Drained oil, took oil sample. Removed and replaced oil filter with new P/N AA48108-2. Cut open used oil filter and inspected for metal. No significant metal noted at this time. Serviced engine with 11 qts Phillips X/C 20W50. Ground ran and noted no defects on work performed at this time.

2. Complied with 100 hour/12 month ICA – RAM Induction hoses & clamps and Exhaust system clamps & seals

RAM Drawing 2166.

3. Complied with 100 hour/12 month ICA – RAM Vacuum Pump Cooling Shroud per RAM Drawing 1221.

Prop strike crank flange dial out results .001 well within service tolerances.

Engine monitor probes and transducers seen not included with this sale. Ask us about the left hand engine and twin engine monitor selling in separate listing.

Engine perfect for rebuild or keep as spare. Engine and turbo assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather.

Selling engine as removed with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
