Continental TSIO-520-D Serial # 180098-R Annual Inspection completed IAW FAR 43 App D and Beechcraft

35 Maintenance Manual/ IPC. Engine ran up to operating temperature. Compressions: #1 67/80 #2 65/80 #3 64/80 #4 70/80 #5 66/80 #6 65/80. Oil and filter removed, cut filter – no issues. Serviced with 12 quarts Phillips XC 20W50 and installed new AA48109 oil filter and safetied. Removed spark plugs – cleaned, inspected and reinstalled with new spark plug gaskets. Inspected and applied Mouse Milk to exhaust system joints and turbo system components. All Fuel, Oil and Electrical lines and connections checked – no issues. Replaced torn scat tube going to fuel control unit with new P/N 05-29906, 1-1/2 duct. AD’s checked through 23-05-16, AD 23-05-16 – NA by Hrs. TIS and date range, AD 23-02-12 – NA no parts replaced during date range. Engine washed, run up satisfactory. I certify that this Engine has been inspected IAW an Annual inspection and is considered airworthy. With respect to the work performed, this engine is approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Southeast Avionics under work order: M121.

 Aircraft sustained a prop strike crank flange dial out .001 well within service tolerances. crankshaft flange dye penetrant results no cracks noted.

 

Engine monitor probes and transducers not included with this sale. Ask us about the engine monitor selling in separate listing.

Engine perfect for rebuild or keep as spare. Engine and turbo assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather.

 

Selling engine as removed with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
