Removed engine cowling. Drained engine oil, removed, opened and inspected oil filter, no metal found, installed new tempest AA48108-2 oil filter and serviced with 10 at of Aeroshell W100 engine oil. Removed, cleaned, inspected spark plugs, replaced RHM40E. Performed satisfactory engine run up and leak check, no leaks noted, Reinstalled engine cowling.
Drained engine oil, removed, opened and inspected oil filter, no metal found, installed new tempest AA48108-2 oil filter and serviced with 10 qt of Aeroshell W100 engine oil. Performed satisfactory engine run up and leak check, no leaks noted.
Performed inspection of the engine lAW 14 CFR Appendix D, and 100hr/annual inspection checklist. Engine Compressions #1 39, #2 65, #3 66, #4 72, #5 75,#6 76 Over 80 psi. Calibrated orifice pressure 43 psi. AD 22-16-03: N/A- Affected parts not installed on engine. AD 23-02-12: N/A- Affected parts not installed on engine.
Replaced 2ea spark plugs with new RHM40E spark plugs. Replaced rivets on intake boot heat shields. Repositioned #5 cylinder intake boot, no leaks noted after reposition. Lapped #1 cylinder exhaust valve in place due to indication of an exhaust leak. Compressions rose to 60/80psi after engine run.

Aircraft had off airport landing on roadway highway. Fuel starvation slight nick to prop blade tip as seen. Crankshaft dial out was .001 well within tolerances.
