DRAINED ENGINE OIL, REMOVED OIL FILTER AND CUT OPEN, NO CONTAMINATION FOUND. INSTALLED AND SAFETIED NEW OIL FILTER P/N: CH48111-1. SERVICED ENGINE WITH 10 QUARTS OF PHILLIPS 20W50 OIL. WASHED ENGINE. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK, OPS CHECK OK. PERTINENT DETAILS OF REPAIRS ARE ON FILE AT THIS REPAIR STATION UNDER WORK ORDER NO.: M-23-12842

Clemens Aviation

Engine – #1 Entries

• Removed LH Engine Cowlings for access to engine. Collected oil sample using kit P/N: GA-001-NP from L/H engine P/N: GTSIO-520-L (X) S/N: 272413-R. Removed old turbocharger P/N: 641672-3 S/N: VK-L0131. Installed overhauled turbocharger P/N: 641672-3 S/N: FCR2177 with new gaskets P/N: 5155192-3 and P/N: 9910306-1, and with a new seal P/N: FLX550024000900. Installed a new Tail Pipe Clamp P/N: U84C45088. Removed and flushed turbo oil collector can.

• Performed compression test of LH Engine. Compression test Results (cold). (#1) 64/80, (#2) 50/80, (#3) 71/80, (#4) 48/80, (#5) 62/80, (#6) 64/80.

• Drained LH Engine oil. Removed and cut filter found metal flakes in filter. Flushed engine with mineral spirits. Installed new oil filter, P/N: AA48111 and serviced with 10 Qts of Phillips 20W-50. Performed engine run. Drained oil. Removed oil filter and cut filter to look for metal particles, filter had particulates of metal. Installed new oil filter P/N: A48111 and serviced with 12 Qts of Phillips 20W-50 oil. Performed engine run. Removed oil filter and cut open to inspect for metal particulates, filter was clean. Installed new oil filter P/N AA48111 serviced with 1Qt. of Phillips 20W-50. I certify that this engine has been inspected and is approved for return to service for the work performed only. Pertinent details on file at the repair station under work order number 4625-08-2023.

On above referenced engine, performed oil and filter change. Engine serviced with Phillips XC oil. oil. C/WA.D. 2000-01-16 per para (b) visual inspection of entire exhaust system, due each 50 hours or 30 days whichever is later. Installed new exhaust elbow, P/N A9910300-3. Troubleshot RPM’s and installed tach generator cannon plug, P/N MS3106A10SL3S. Installed new EGT probe, P/N M-111-T. Operation and leak check of engine performed satisfactory and is approved for return to service for maintenance performed. Pertinent details on file under work order 5803.

Aircraft sustained a nose gear collapse results prop strike we will dial the crank flange and upload results. Dye penetrant performed with no discrepancies.

Engine monitor probes and transducers not included with this sale. Ask us about the right hand engine selling in separate listing.
