Description

1. Performed compression checks on Right Engine as follows: Cyl. #1= 76/80, #2= 75/80, #3=76/80, #4-71/80,

#5=77/80, #6= 76/80.

2. Drained oil, took oil sample. Removed and replaced oil filter with new P/N AA48108-2. Cut open used oil filter and inspected for metal. No significant metal noted at this time. Serviced engine with 11 qts Phillips X/C 20W50. Ground ran and noted no defects on work performed at this time.

3. Complied with Donaldson recommended Induction Air Filters replacement with new part number P10-8421.

Next 500 hour recommended replacement due at Hobbs: 882.5

4. Complied with 100 hour/12 month ICA – RAM Induction hoses & clamps and Exhaust system clamps & seals

RAM Drawing 2166.

5. Complied with 100 hour/12 month ICA – RAM Vacuum Pump Cooling Shroud per RAM Drawing 1221.

I certify that this aircraft engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100 hour Inspection per FAR Part 43, Appendix D and was determined to be in an airworthiness condition.

Discrepancy: RH Engine 50 HR/4 MO Oil Change

Corrective Action: Drained Oil, RMVD Oil Filter, Cut Open, & Inspected. Installed New Oil Filter, PN: AA48108-2 & Serviced Engine With 10 QTS Of 20W-50 Oil. REF: Continental TSIO-520 Service Manual. Ground Runs performed, No Defects Noted.

Next Due: 234.8 or August 2025.

Discrepancy: 100 hr /12 month Vacuum pump shroud, hose and baffle inspection due

Corrective Action: Complied with RAM 100hr/ 12 Month ICA aircraft vacuum pump cooling shroud, hose and baffle fitting inspection per drawing 1221, Rev P.

Discrepancy: 100 hr / 12 month induction system check due.

Corrective Action: Complied with RAM 100 Hour / 12 Month induction hose, clamps and exhaust clamps inspection per Drawing

2166 Rev K.
