Engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100HR.

Inspection and has been determined to be in an airworthy condition. 207.6 ENGINE TT 3392.5 ENGINE SMOH: 1538.7

WORK ORDER # 6046

 

 

03/17/25

On above referenced engine, removed all cowling for 100 Hour/Annual Inspection. Cleaned and gapped spark plugs. Drained oil, installed new oil filter and refilled engine with X/C 20W-50 oil. Checked magneto timing. Inspected plug harness and all engine electrical. Checked all engine controls for movement and attach points. Inspected intake and exhaust system, condition and integrity of all engine accessories.

Inspected engine mount, all baffles and cowling. Inspected prop, spinner and bulkhead. Inspected all fuel, oil and hydraulic lines and fittings. Ran compression check and readings were: #1) 62/80, #2) 76/80, #3) 72/80, #4) 74/80, #5) 76/80, and #6) 65/80. Saftied all EGT probes. Cleaned prop deice brush block to allow brushes to move freely. Installed new scat ducts for cooling. Installed magneto gasket and timed mags to engine. Removed and reinstalled wastegate after installing new actuator seal kit. Retorqued all rocker covers. Properly installed oil cooler exit ducts. Installed new coolant servicing placard. Installed overhauled alternator P/N 649304 S/N F179801.0. (See 8130-3. Performed fuel system set up to RAM Specs. Removed and reinstalled propeller after reseal by Byam Propeller Service. (See 8130-3.) C/W A.D. 2000-01-16 per paragraph’s (b), (c), (d), (e) and (g). (See airframe log.) C/WA.D 84-26-02 per installation of new engine air filter, due each 300 hours per RAM. Installed overhauled vacuum pump P/N AA442 (See airframe log.) C/W All A.D.’s researched through bi-weekly 2025-05. (See A.D. listing for all current and future compliance times.) Above work done in accordance with Continental and Cessna 414A Service Manuals and Air Impressions, Inc. 100 Hour/Annual Checklist. Engine ground run-up leak checked good and approved for turn to service. Pertinent details are on file under work order #6046.

Quantum MX

Changed oil and filter on Right Engine with 12 quarts

of X/C 20W50 engine oil and one AA48108-2 oil filter.

No sample at this time. Coolant temp right engine intermittent. Found bad connection at firewall in engine compartment. Repaired wire, operational check ok.

I certify that the maintenance identified above was accomplished in accordance with Cessna Maintenance Manual and is approved for return to service.

 Aircraft sustained a nose gear collapse results right hand prop strike we dialed the crank flange. Noted dial out results were under >.001 well within service tolerances. 

 

 

 

Engine monitor probes and transducers not included with this sale. Ask us about the left non prop struck engine and twin dual engine monitor selling in separate listing.

 

 

Engine perfect for rebuild or keep as spare. Engine and turbo assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather.

 

Selling engine as removed with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
