Change oil and filter installed 12 quarts AS 15/50. Tighten screws in baffling Replace clamp heat guard Repair broke baffle front Plug hole in nose gear box .Clip nuts replaced. Above approved for return to service.

Changed oil and installed 12 Quarts A/S 15/50 Replaced dipstick rod. Tighten sump bolts. I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with the scope and detail of appendix D to part 43 and found to be in a condition for safe operation. Washed engine and ground run with all normal indications. Above approved for return to service.
