Powerplant

Conducted a 50 hr. insp. Drained and Serviced with 8 qt. of Victory 100AW and ½ pint of cam guard and installed a new oil filter AA48110-2. Removed, cleaned, insp. lower spark plugs. Reinstalled. Checked and serviced tires.

Cleaned and oiled nose strut. Vacuumed and insp. interior and exterior for missing panels/hardware. Insp. prop for nicks and spinner for cracks.

Ran engine for leaks check OPS check good.

Aircraft returned to service.

Powerplant

Conducted a 100hr. insp. IAW 14 CFR Part 43 App. D. Drained oil And sent sample for testing. Serviced with 8 qt. of Victory 100AW and ½ pint of cam guard. Installed a new oil filter CH48110-1. Installed new air filter BA-10. Checked stops on carb controls. Conducted a Cyl. Comp. check 1: 76/80 2: 73/80 3: 75/80 4: 72/80. Removed, cleaned, re-gapped, and tested spark plugs. Installed with 8 new M674 copper crush washers. CW AD 15-19-07 by visual insp. of external fuel injector lines. Next due at 2109.4 TACH. No other ADs due at this time. Ran engine for leak check OPS check good.

I certify this engine has been insp. and is approved for return to service.

 

 

 

 

Engine sustained prop strike, we have dial out the crank flange results .002.
