1. Left engine oil change – Drained oll, performed Oil Analysis, changed oil filter, serviced with 13 ats of Aeroshell 15W50 IAW Cessna 421 B MM. Leak Check Satisfactory. 2. L. E #5 injector plugged – Removed, cleaned and Reinstalled same injector AW Continental GI-SIO520 MM. Leak check Satisfactory. 3. Left Engine AD 2007-05-15 Part 2 Starter Backlash – Complied with AD 2007-05-15 Part 2 lAW AD 2007-05-15 Part 2 by Visual Inspection. With respect to the work performed, this engine I is approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Northern Michigan Jet Services under work order: 230254.

SINCE OVERHAUL (HOBBS): 1022.8 Inspected Factory CHI on Left Engine. Found bad Ring Terminal and installed new Ring Terminal AW Cessna 421B MM. OPS Check Satisfactory. With respect to the work performed, this engine I is approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Northern Michigan Jet Services under work order: 230107.

1. 100 hour Engine Inspection LH – Complied with 100 HR Inspection IAW FAR 43 Appendix D using NMJS Form MX015 as a guide. All AD’s are current through ATP Rev. 04/20/2023. 2. OIL CHANGE LH ENGINE – Changed Engine Oil, Performed Oil Analysis, installed New Filter PN AA48111, Serviced with 13 Qts Aeroshell 15W50 Oil IAW Continental GTSI0520 MM. Leak Check Satisfactory. 3. LH ENGINE COMPRESSIONS – Perform compression check, #1 56/80 #2 57/80 #3 57/80 #4 64/80 #5 59/80 #6 61/80. No Defects Noted at this time. 4. Left Engine #6 Intake Valve Cover Gasket Leaking – Removed and Installed new Gasket PN 668893 lAW Continental G I SIO520H MM. Left Engine Left Mag Weak Spark – Removed Left Mag on Left Engine, Installed Repaired Mag; neto PN BL-349220-4 SN F18DA094R, Installed 12 new Spark Plugs PN RHB32E IAW Continental GISIO520 MM. 6. LH #4 EGT BAYONET SEPARATED FROM COLLAR – Ordered new EGT Probe, Removed and Installed New EGT Probe PN 10-00830 lAW JPT MM. With respect to the work performed, this engine I is approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Northern Michigan Jet Services under work order: 22111041.

Engine and turbo assy. being stored in our hangar free from elements and weather.

Engine sustained a prop strike.
